Cool Craft Ideas on a Saturday! Getting ready for Thanksgiving

Saturdays are days when I may have a bit more time to do crafts with my son, as Daddy’s home from work and can wrangle my daughter or do laundry for me.  (love my hubby!)
Here are some cool crafts that I am adding to our list to try…
Over at No Time For Flash Cards, they’ve got a new look!  Go check it out.  Rachel from Blog Candy Designs did another amazing blog makeover.  Looks fabulous!
Allie, the mom behind No Time For Flash Cards has yet another cool idea for Thanksgiving, a family quilt that you can make with your keiki.  I especially love this since we live far away from family, so this way our kids can see their cousins and grandparents.

Over at Flip Flops and Applesauce she’s come up with a genius way of sharing thanks around the table.  Simply make this beautiful paper cornucopia, write reasons that you are thankful on some popsicle sticks and take turns talking story around the table about why you are thankful.

It’s turkey-time over at the Crafty Crow.  I love these ideas!  My son loves to get his hands dirty in some paint so they are sure to be a hit.  Go check out all the fun ways for your chicklets to say gobble gobble, just in time for Turkey Day.

Have fun, get dirty and create!

I love those sites. I’m definitely bookmarking them. My little guy isn’t quite old enough for some, but I plan on doing lots of crafting when he’s old enough. Thanks my friend :)

  3. Thanks for the link! Lots of love to you.
