Love me some bubbly! And for those that don’t know, in my other life I am a cocktail server at a top restaurant here on Maui a couple nights a week. The other night I learned a yummy drink, the classic Champagne Cocktail. I thought it would be the perfect drink to ring it the New Year! Enjoy!
Champagne Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients:
(Chilled) Champagne
1 tsp Sugar
2 dashes Bitters
1 twist Lemon Peel
Champagne Cocktail Directions
Place one lump of sugar with bitters in a chilled champagne flute. Fill with chilled champagne. Add the twist of lemon peel and serve. (Warning, it will fiz and fiz so pour slowly!)
Serve in a Chapagne flute and enjoy!
Be safe, have fun and rabbit, rabbit white rabbit!
