Hooter Hider Nursing Cover Giveaway!

Nursing in public can be tricky.  I am not so sure why, I mean, everyone eats in public, right?  I mean we aren’t sent to the ladies room or to our car to enjoy some scrumptious food.  So why should our keiki (kids)?  Well, unfortunately you do sometimes get looks from strangers or longer than normal stares (how creepy is that?!) and sometimes well, you just aren’t comfortable with pulling out the boob in public.  So thank goodness for the Hooter Hider!

From the same makers of Bebe au Lait, both nursing covers come in gorgeous fabrics and patterns that will have you welcoming a nursing in public session!  And when you see those folks staring, usually it’s followed with a question of where they too can get one for themselves, their daughter, their sister.

A little bit about Hooter Hider

“As a modern nursing mom, Claire Ekelund became increasingly convinced that there was a way to cover Baby and Mother with ease and style allowing Mom to breastfeed whenever and wherever she needed to.

Claire decided to create her own nursing cover, the Hooter Hider (dubbed so by an outspoken male friend): an easy-to-use, machine washable, multi-purpose stylish cover designed with Baby and Mom in mind. The difference between the patent-pending Hooter Hider and other nursing covers is the rigid neckline allowing Mom and Baby unobstructed eye contact during feeding and other thoughtful features such as a small-item storage and clean-up pocket made from the softest terry cloth. Mom sees Baby…Baby sees Mom…discreet…on-the-spot cleanup…perfect!”

The matching bip clothes would be awesome with that. My cover is just plain and boring. I’d love to have one of these gorgous covers!

I loove those nursing covers! I had to buy them. I bought three different ones that even match my outfits! I used to have a plain tan one that was practical, but boring. And lets face it ladies, when you have to breast feed in public, its no secret, so you might as well look as cute as you can while doing it :)
