GIVEAWAY!

BRIDE WARS and Paper Shouts have teamed up to offer an amazing giveaway! Win a $25 Gift Certificate to Paper Shouts (you can see my review of Paper Shouts below) AND a DVD of BRIDE WARS!  The winner will not only receive those awesome prizes but will also be entered in a bigger drawing for a trip to Cancun!!  WOW!

I haven’t seen The Bride Wars…yet…but it sure does look funny!  Plus I love Kate Hudson and Anne Hathaway!  Here’s a little synopsis of what The Bride Wars are about and the movie trailer…

Liv (Kate Hudson) and Emma (Anne Hathaway), best friends since childhood, are always there for each other, through good times and bad.   They even become engaged to be married within a few hours of one another.  Together they plan their respective weddings, each to take place at New York’s ultimate bridal destination, the Plaza Hotel.  But a clerical error and subsequent clash in wedding dates pits the two brides – neither of whom will step aside – against each other, in a competition that quickly escalates into all-out war.

It looks hilarious!  I can’t wait to see it!

And I love Paper Shouts!  They are made from recycled paper and have everything you could need – stationary, invites, save the dates, note cards and more!

DISCOUNT! Right now Paper Shouts is offering a 15% discount using the code OHANA- simply use that code in the promo code box during checkout & hit update. Only good until May 8th so go now!

Here’s The Ohana Mama’s review of Paper Shout Note Cards…

This is open to everyone but if you know a friend that’s getting married, be sure to send her on over here to enter this awesome prize pack.  You can get your bridal stationary at Paper Shouts, get in the mood for your wedding while watching BRIDE WARS and then hopefully win a trip (or honeymoon??) to Cancun (6 night Mexican vacation for 2. Hotel and air fare)!

Come on what cha waiting for?! Enter!

I love the black and pink floral in their thank you notes.

And I’ve been dying to see this movie. I saw it at Target today and wanted to buy it soo bad. But money for diapers is more important. :)

Love your blog!

Funny Wedding Story – My MIL gave out glow necklaces as favors at my wedding (without telling me. Of course). My reception looked like an amusement park.

Funny Moment Entry #1 – My mother moved the Groom’s cake to a chair for a moment because someone spilt fruit punch on the table and she wanted to clean it up. When she turned back to the table to mop up the spill, my great aunt SAT BACK DOWN in her chair… right on top of the Groom’s Cake…. luckily she has a great sense of humor and so do we.
