Well, we just walked in, literally, and I’m exhausted. We had an early flight with a layover. It’s been a looooong day. Kids did pretty well on the plane. We had the bulk head so it was as if we had a little play area for them. Add in a bunch of toys that Grandma sent home with them and well, they survived…we survived!
So here we are, safe and sound after a truly wonderful two weeks in California. We had a blast and I have a ton to chat about such as….
- Our vist to the Magic Kingdom for Leah’s birthday…yes it was magical and I think it took years off of my age…Disney really makes you feel like a kid again. It was a blast!
- Our early Halloween at Mickey’s Trick or Treat Party at Disney’s California Adventure…we are so ready for Halloween now!
- The awesome sail along the SoCal coast with my family…we spent the night on the boat and it was so fun!
- Our time loving Legoland….this place is so wonderful for the kids!! Cameron absolutely loved it!
So stay tuned…but for now I need some rest and a good shower. I think my hair could walk itself on off my head it’s so dirty.
I’ll be back…with clean hair and stories to share!

The trip does sound like it was amazing. :) I feel sorry for your hair, and I hope you get rested up! Glad you all made it home safe!
I never went to Disney as a child, but I went twice in college (sorry Cancun, I’d rather play with Mickey and Minnie). The last time I went, I cried because we missed the fireworks at the Magic Kingdom. In my defense I was pregnant and emotional, and I wanted to see Tinker gosh darn it!

My hair is all better and loving the soft water of Hawaii…it was not liking the water in CA…and my skin craved the humidity of Maui…all better now :)

The fireworks this time were amazing! They were for Halloween and ROCKED! The kids were scared but my hubby and I loved it :) More on that in my upcoming post…stay tuned!
