Pumpkin Pickin’ at Kula Country Farms

We went pumpkin pickin’ at Kula Country Farms yesterday….and had a blast! This has become our tradition for this time of year.  If you go early enough in the season before Halloween, you can actually pluck your pumpkin off the vine!  They have some of the best fresh veggies and fruit on the island with chickens running wild, goats to check out and horses to feed!

Beautiful pictures! I am envious…our trip to the pumpkin patch included umbrellas and rain gear as it was pouring down rain and very cold.

I hear ya Karen! The coolest thing about Maui is that we have the ocean resorts, the beaches and then we have the jungle, and we have COUNTRY! A lot of it! Horses and cows and hell we even have snow on top of Haleakala! Crazy huh?

Although I live in the hottest, driest part of the island…and I HATE heat and love rain..go figure ;) Thankfully I can drive 45 minutes to get an escape :)
