Armed with a gift certificate and a visiting Grandma who was more than happy to take the kids for us, last night we had a date night. I even put on a dress {wow!}. It was nice and totally what I needed. My husband and I reconnected, bonded and left the restaurant stronger (and fuller!) than when we had entered.
We went to Lahaina Grill in downtown Lahaina. The Hubster had Ahi that melted in your mouth (I only got one tiny bite….he loved it so much) and I had scallops that were scrumptious.
The service and atmosphere at Lahaina Grill is TOP NOTCH…I actually said that multiple times while were eating. ”This place is TOP NOTCH!” From the service, to the food, to the tiny table tucked in the corner perfect for a romantic evening, it’s done very very well! The prices are a tad high but definitely worth every penny!
We’ve been spoiled by date nights lately, with both of our parents visiting. We’re making up for lost time and stocking up, like little squirrels stuffing acorns into their cheeks getting ready for winter. It’s been really really nice.

My sister used to work there!!! Sounds heavenly we got a date night at Buca di Beppo last night kid free. I love date nights!
