Aloha! I’m Sarah, and that there is my favorite quote. I find myself coming back to this page whenever I need a kick in the pants to go after what I love and most want to do.

It’s that kick in the pants, “gotta-do-it” gumption that got me, and my family, out to Maui, where we now call home. Originally from  sunny (and busy) Southern California,  the warmer water, less traffic, new culture and the amazing Hawaiian spirit are what beckoned us to the Valley Isle.

So here we are on this tiny island in the middle of the Pacific ocean. Just two kids, one husband, a dog named Duke and me!
