My “ruff” life living on Maui

A couple of weeks ago I took the kids...all THREE of them...yes, my pup, Duke is my third child...to the beach to meet up with some new friends. Where to see a free hula show in West Maui

If coming to Hawaii you must go to a luau, but what if you don't have time or perhaps money? Well, no one should leave Hawaii without seeing a little hula shake so check out these free hula shows around West Maui. Tsunami 2011, my story

My husband stopped me mid sentence as he stared at his computer. "Um, there was a 8.9 earthquake in Japan." We immediately did what many did and turned on CNN. And then we saw it. The tsunami completely overtaking towns in Japan. It was devastating. Enormous. Unfathomable. It resembled a movie. But sadly, it was real.
