Yesterday was one of the best Mondays I’ve had in a long time. I treated myself to a pilates workout (oh boy am I feeling it today!), then did some work, and then got a pedicure.
Let’s talk pilates and pedicures…yes they totally go together.
Some sports or workouts you need good shoes, padding for your bootie, or a back brace. As I was in class, laying on my back with my legs flying overhead and my toes in the air, I realized, “whoa, mama needs a pedicure for this pilates thing.”
Gotta love a workout where your entire body gets worked out and a pedicure is a necessity (ok, maybe not a necessity, but come on…it’s so needed!).
I knew I liked this pilates thing! It was nice to be back at it.
